A portion of every book sale will be donated to Days for Girls International. Today you have helped other girls like you going through puberty in a big way by providing much needed menstruation kits and health education. WAY COOL!

Research has found that many girls throughout the world miss school several days a month due to personal discomfort and the potential embarrassment associated with the lack of menstrual products and other basic resources. Many have to resort to using old rags, grass, socks, plastic and paper due to lack of availability.

Menstrual hygiene and health education is a key component of empowering women and girls around the world. Days for Girls is a nonprofit organization that brings greater dignity, knowledge, and health to more than 1.7 million women and girls in 144+ countries. Together, we’re creating a world with dignity, health, and opportunity for all girls and women.
